Here’s an opportunity to purchase my website about prom tuxedos and have it ready for next years prom season. The keywrod phrase “prom tuxedos” gets searched approximately 600 times daily according to SEOBook’s keyword tool http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/. The numbers I am using were gathered on 6-5-2009. These numbers should be much higher in March, April and May. That is when everyone is looking for specials on prom tuxedos.
This website has atremendous amount of potential for the right buyer. When i first created the site, I threw up a quick wordpress blog and didn’t even customize it. I forgot about it and came bak later and noticed that it was on the front page of Google for the search term prom tuxedos. Pretty cool I thought. So I started messing around with it by customizing the theme and actually putting in some content. After a bit I forgot about it again. One day I received a phone call from someone that was interested in purchasing another domain of mine weddingtuxedos.com. When I sold it I decided I should go look at promtuxedos.com again. When I did a check there was very little traffic. After further investigation I realized that Google removed my site from their index. This was strange. I must have done something that appeared too spammy to them. I have since been working on trying to get it relisted. I have evn added a “reinclusion request” through Google WebmasterTools. Hopefully this will get me listed again. In the meantime I will continue link building and adding content so when they do reindex my site it shouldn’t take long to get back on the front page gain. Promtuxedos.com is still showing up in the other search engines so I will be moving the site to the front page of those engines while I wait for Google. PromTuxedos.com is for sale until I have the time to develope it properly. I have been thinking about creating a tuxedo directory with it and possibly charge tuxedo shops a nominal fee to be listed. Of course before I do that I will need the domain name to be back on the first page of Google for the search term “prom tuxedos”.
I thought it was going to be easy but because I neglected the site for so long it is not even in the top 100 results. I have been applying a few link building tactics with no luck. I just added 77 RSS feeds to the blog setting so I should start raking in a ton of links soon and maybe Google will decide to start paying attention.
Who knows! The domain name is available now and will certainly be cheaper than when it gets back on the front page. I turned down $7500 in Dec ‘08 so if you have an interest you will need to be north of that number. I can be contacted at zackp[at]carcentral[dot]com.

Prom Tuxedos
Here is a great opportunity for someone that has a tuxedo shop to grab a domain name that is extremely targeted. PromTuxedos.com is for sale because I do not have the time to create great content and utilize the name properly. My thoughts initially were to create a directory of tuxedo shops through out the country and charge a nominal fee to be listed. This site was on the first page of Google at one point but I have neglected it so much that it is not even indexed currently.
I am working on this issue by building links and creating fresh new content. It wouldn’t be hard to have this site ranking super high in the search engines with the right action in place. This prom season and most proms are done so now this site has a year to mature into a very valuable website.
If you own a tuxedo shop this is a no brainer. If you are an entrepreneur and have good selling skills you could turn this site into a fantastic money maker by turning it into a directory and selling listings. I can promise you that if I don’t sell this name before I finish my other projects, I will definitely do exactly that.
The prom is one of the biggest events of the year for high school students. Traffic goes crazy right after the first of the year when the students start planning for the prom. This domain name was on the first page of Google at one time so it can appear there again and will bring in tons of targeted traffic.

PromTuxedos.com started out by accident. We registered the name on a whim because noone had registered it yet. It has set around for years without any real attention given to it.
We were really concentrating on another project and decided to build a directory with it. When we started building the directory software we realized that we could use it for any website on just about any subject especially prom tuxedos. Therefore it is our intent to build a formal wear directory when we have completed our other project.

Looking for information about Prom Tuxedos? You almost came to the right place. If I had more time I would develope this domain name into a very profitable website dedicated to information on Prom Tuxedos. Well I don’t have time right now. However, we are developing a website directory application for one of our other sites about new cars prices.
